STUDIO POLICY
Taking photos and videos in the studio is prohibited.
Personal cameras are not allowed in the studio during your session. Please refrain from taking iPhone/Smartphone images or video recording. We work very hard to ensure your session is captured artistically and creatively.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Reschedule a booking can be done up to 24 hours prior to a session. If you need to change a booking time, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. If you are running late to a session and there is not enough time left to finish the photoshoot, we will book you for another appointment as soon as possible to finish off your photo session without any extra cost.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to a session or miss your appointment the booking fee will not be refundable. If something comes up you can let us know in advance and we’ll reschedule your shoot without any extra charges up to 2 times. Our booking deposit is refundable if you are not happy with your photos and if you don't want to purchase any products. Please allow 10 business days for your funds to appear in your bank account.
PRODUCTS REFUNDS
Digital images and any products/prints cannot be returned/refunded once delivered.
ARTISTIC NATURE
You are commissioning custom photography and the choice of photos for editing and design of images is at our discretion. The presented images cannot be replaced with alternative images without incurring an additional fee.
SECURITY
All payment details are encrypted with SSL and we do not store your credit card details.
